Squad training and Fitness training is on every Monday evening. This is by invitation only. Please contact your Sensei for further information and to book your place on this session.

BLACK BELT ACADEMY
The academy is designed for all to attend regardless of whether you are a black belt or not. Each student is a potential black belt and at the BBA we focus on what it takes to achieve this - good, honest hard work!

Basics are always covered at the B.B.A. but we may do them with a difference. Two man techniques, Kata, self-defence, knife defence and weapons.
